Although this guide is poorly designed as a web page, it contains valuable information for the parents of students who can benefit through assistive technology.  This guide was created by Parents, Let's Unite for Kids, an organization based in Montana.

Landmark College
This is an accredited two-year college, located in Vermont, which caters specially to students with special needs.  Be it ADHD, autism, dyslexia, or something else entirely, Landmark focuses on the needs of the individual student by providing assistive technology, focusing on organization, and offering a 1:5 teacher-student ratio.

A Parent's Guide to Assistive Technology
This guide has been produced by GreatSchools, a website that provides reviews and information about schools nation-wide.  The guide is wonderful, providing several informative articles as well as a worksheet to help parents evaluate what sort of assistive technology might benefit their children.  


National Center on Universal Design for Learning
The UDL Center supports, you guessed it, UDL or Universal Design for Learning.  This is "a set of principles for curriculum development that give all individuals equal opportunities to learn.  UDL provides a blueprint for creating instructional goals, methods, materials, and assessments that work for everyone--not a single, one-size-fits-all solution but rather flexible approaches that can be customized and adjusted for individual needs."
